RPG Active Pharma is acquiring Raghava Life Sciences' API and intermediates business. This strategic move aims to strengthen its integrated API play and manufacturing footprint. The acquisition includes twenty-two commercialized APIs and seven development-stage assets. This transaction will be executed on a going-concern basis through a slump sale.
