Imported dialysis solution fails endotoxin test in Himachal; lab flags nine regulatory violations

A Himachal Pradesh government drug laboratory has declared two batches of an imported peritoneal dialysis solution “Not of Standard Quality” after they failed bacterial endotoxin tests. The report also flagged nine regulatory violations, including use of non-Indian pharmacopoeial standards, labelling deficiencies, missing safety warnings and inadequate importer details.
