Losing weight is hard but can be done. I have been in my journey for a month and a half and the results were amazing! I lost about 10 pounds and a lot of activities that I usually can't do because it takes a whole lot of energy and makes me tired so easily that I can't finish in the end, I can do so easily now. It's really helpful to keep our diets in check but do it in the way that our own body could cope especially with the changes you'd do with your food consumption. Start with small changes and don't overdo it.
