Should I consume whey when Im doing keto diet?

When im doing keto im eating 3 meals with 50g of proteins and 50g of fat.

If i would consume whey i would have consumed more proteinnthan fat in total namely lets say 190g of proteins

Isnt that too much of protein? Besides that i thought that whey spikes up your insuline 🤷‍♂️

Im confused
