Body Recomposition Nutrition

Hi,

Thanks for clicking my thread. I have a question regarding body recomposition and my macros, I'd appreciate any help you can give me.

My question is: Am I hitting the optimal calories/macros for body recomp? I've been reading into it quite a bit however I'm still unsure if I'm eating too much/not enough?

Male, 205lbs, 5' 11" at 25% body fat.

Eating 2200cal, 220g protein, 165g carbs, 73g fats.

Working out 6 days a week with a split routine - Chest/Tris/Shoulders - Back/Bi's - Legs/Abs

Any help or advice would be really appreciated.
