Help macro for overweight

Hey guys I've read all the sticky guides but I'm having trouble.

My current stats are

24 yo
300lbs
6'2

Can somebody help me with starting macros?
Because obviously I can't use gram to body weight since I'm 300 lbs.
I read somewhere that if you pick a goal weight then you can use that as the base but I'm not completely sure.

Also for my activity, I'm lifting 5-6 days a week but when I'm not at the gym, I'm basically sitting down with little to no exercise.

Thanks for the help.

Switching to different type of carbs please help.

So I have been following pretty much the same food cycle since 3 months and have great results. But now it seems to be too robotic and boring.
So currently
40% protein
30% carbs
30% fats

As long as I stay under that 30% is it OK to replace or add in sugar free wheat bread as soucre of carbs?

I think if I cut down certain veggies and lower my oat I can eat as much as 4 slices a day and still be below 30% carbs and stay full
Thanks

New to Serious Lifting help

I've had this account for a while, but its mostly from buying protein powders and lenny and larry cookies to be honest.

I lost 50lbs when I first graduated HS by counting calories and doing at home work out videos, I transitioned to the gym I want to say last year, and started weight training more. So I understand the in's and out's of it.

I am 5'2" and 120lbs 26 years old. I work a desk job, so I'm not going to pretend I'm super active, because outside of the gym, I am not. I do house chores, cooking, food shopping, and walk around my office when I need to get tasks done. My boyfriend and I are pretty into hiking on the weekend when the weather is warmer. But since I am in NJ, its pretty cold right now lol. ( we do want to start doing more outside once it gets warmer)

I normally did a 5 day split, where I was lifting for full body 3 days a week, and then HIIT 2 days a week for 20mins. I am going to be honest when I say my nutrition hasn't been on point and I am not pushing myself very hard.

I started a program that is a 4 day split, heavy shoulders, heavy squat, heavy chest , and heavy deadlift. I started that on Monday, and I think I am a good candidate for body recomp (newbie gains) I am by no means heavy, I am a size xs-s in most shirts, and 0-2 in most pants.

I want to tighten up and look more defined, But I am not to worried about my scale weight, I will say I am "in shape" though, around 20% BF. On days I lift I eat at a 15% surplus from my maintenance, and on days I don't lift I eat at a 10% deficit. I have completely cut out cardio as well. I have done the whole "too much cardio" thing before. I am having some hormonal balance issues and I honestly think its from over working myself in the past before this, so that's what I am trying not to do.

I'm hoping I can gain some perspective of some more advance lifters from this sight and what they think of my eating adjustments and getting rid of cardio (this is my first time stopping cardio) and if they think I am on the right track. I am a little new with this, and I just started using this profile (so please excuse my lack of profile, I'm working on updating it) But I am VERY open to suggestions and can give any information I left out!

Sorry for the Rambling! :)

Air Fryer for Meal Prep

Does anyone use an air fryer for their meal prep? If so, I would love to get some recipes. I just bought one, so I'm not really sure what I can use as far as seasonings.

So far I have thrown in sweet potato fries, which were awesome. My biggest questions is what to use on chicken or maybe meatballs. Thanks!

Hardgainer but afraid to get fat weight

I started getting into bulking a few months ago but I am now stuck on a plateau of 135lbs.
Up until now I just drank homemade gainer shakes and it worked for me, but now it seems I need more.

I currently eat about 2500~3000 calories daily and I can probably eat more snacks, nuts, dried fruits and easy carbs throughout the day to get that extra calories.

The problem is I'm trying to hit the sweet spot where I eat enough to gain muscle with minimal fat gain, I'm afraid to pig out because :
1) I've never had to lose fat so I don't know how hard it is for me/how fast it will be
2) I think if I eat lets say 4000 calories a day (which is 1000 more than now) I will have a significant fat gain compared to muscle, I see a lot of bulking guides that just say eating a lot of carbs and sugars (like fruit juice, honey etc) and I'm also afraid it will contribute a lot more to fat gain rather than muscle gain

What do you guys think? are my fears even rational? Can increasing my calorie intake (even with fruits and sugars) help significantly with muscle gain?

Lower carbs on rest days ?

I'm currently cutting and I'm wondering should I lower carbs to 150g from 170-180g
And add a little extra protein or should I keep carbs the same ?

I don't work at the moment so I'm literally sitting around the house all day?
