Kedaara Capital has acquired a majority stake in Tynor Orthotics for approximately $200 million. This significant deal provides an exit for investor Lighthouse Funds from the medical device maker. Tynor Orthotics manufactures orthopaedic supports and mobility aids for global markets. The company has an extensive distribution network reaching numerous retail outlets and hospitals. Kedaara will partner with Tynor's promoters and its existing strategic partner Thuasne.
