Riddle me this...
I have just finished a cut that lasted around 4 months. I weigh in daily and average my weights for each week to be as accurate as possible.
I ate 2000 calories a day and consistently lost 0.5kg a week or roughly 1lb.
I have upped my calories to 2500 calories a day for 1 month. (there was an obvious initial jump in weight as expected). However I have lost on average 0.2kg a week.
Am I missing something here? I was losing the exact amount of weight I wanted but now my maintainence calories aren't working??
