Mass gainer instead of trout

Hey, I currently eat 300g of trout everyday (60g protein, 450kcal) and was wondering if it was bad to rplace with a mass gainer shake (50g protein, 1250kcal, 252g carbs). (I used to be a skinny guy, surplus of calories is what I need)

I know this would be less healthy but to what point? What would really happen if I drank a mass gainer everyday instead of 300g of trout? (Another reason I want to is because trouts take also lots of time to eat)
