Not expecting many people are fans of beef liver, I love the nutritional profile...can't think of a more nutrient dense food other than other organ meats.

Minus liver and onions to make the taste more palatable, if anyone has any good recipes i'm all ears.
Only drawback i can think of is it might contain a little too much vitamin A so it's best to not over do it.
