Hey, i just want to ask quickly. I weight 180 lbs (with around 13-15% BF) and im 190 cm tall. I eat daily 120g of protein from good sources (protein powder,meat,milk,eggs) and then like 30g from sources like (rice,oats etc.). Im bulking and trying to build muscle with small caloric surplus. My question is, if its enough protein to build muscle for me ? thanks
