Calculating caloric maintenance, and calories needed for bulk.

Hey, I plan on going on a 12-15 week bulk. I go to different websites and get a caloric maintenance level. No website says the same thing. I also hate how broad it is with workouts.

I am 6'3", 206lbs. Down from 217 lbs in January. I plan to get down to 200 lbs by May 10th. Then I want to start bulking until mid-late August.

Here is my plan:

6x Weekly, Push/Pull/Legs
4x Weekly, Run/Sprints/Run/Sprints
1x Weekly, Swimming Workout
3x Weekly, Calisthenics

Assume I won't hit all of the workouts, what's a good caloric level? My maintenance is about 3300 calories apparently, so I'm thinking, maybe 3600 calories or something?
