More protein and bulk eating

I worked out for 24 days straight and I'm totally burnt-out and im waiting for myself to kick back into the habit and be totally well rested then work out. Will eating alot and taking protein shakes get me well rested and how much protein consumption will it take for me to become rested, from my burnt-out state.
