Amost set: does cardio count towards deficit?

Guys!

Thanks to you and the stickies I calculated TDEE, daily caloric intake and minimums if pro/fat. All I need to know now is whether this deficit includes cardio. In the sense that, e.g. my TDEE is 2,500kcal (I chose light exercise 1-3 days per week in the calculator). I am starting with a 500kcal deficit to cut. Do I include the 200kcal cardio activity 3x per week towards the 500kcal deficit? As in, on cardio days, I eat only 300kcal less and on non-training days I eat 500kcal less?

need help with diet skinny fat 5'10 160

Hey guys iv been skinny fat for about the past 3 years, was 230 at 17 years old then went down to 160 after years of fasting (21 now) and no working out. My ex broke up with me about 2 months ago so iv been working out since to get a new body. Iv seen some muscle gain and i went down to 158. I have been on a 2 protein shack diet with a meal for dinner for the past 3 weeks but i dont know if i should continue it or if i should start bulking. i still have fat around my lower stomach and back that i want to still get rid of. If yall could help me out that would be great thanks!
