Gland Pharma secured USFDA approval for its sugammadex injection generic version. This drug reverses muscle relaxant effects used during surgical procedures. The approval covers two specific strengths of the single-dose vial product. This new generic is bioequivalent to Merck's BRIDION injection. The product had significant US sales in the past year.
