Post Workout Carbs

I've never really paid attention to this and I've usually kept my post workout meal to proteins. But I'm hearing so much about post workout carbs to refill glycogen, insulin spike, increase MPS etc...so, I'm making sure I get more carbs post workout.

Question is, is a carb a carb is a carb??

Is there any difference in whether I have a blueberry muffin or sweet potato for said carbs?
I've been having a muffin and 1.5 scoops whey

Thoughts?
